Inspired by Bond 9 I Love New York, the fragrance has a very light opening, very fruity-floral, all about blueberry and sweet notes. Or, maybe, the rose. Then there is a soft powdery stage, enjoyable, tender and close to skin. And then – here it goes – the dry down, with no freshness at all, somewhat bitter and sour at the same time. The spicy carnation keeps things smelling more natural, not like a sweet fruit bomb. Then the florals are joined by the peony and rose note. At first the leather note has too much birch tar scent for me, but it softens very quickly and blends seamlessly with the florals. The dry down is really beautiful, with perfect balance between the vanilla, sandalwood, musk notes and the florals.
