Delivery Information

Order Processing

Orders are packed and dispatched Monday to Saturday.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Orders placed on Sundays or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, dispatch may be delayed by up to 2 additional working days.

Orders containing out-of-stock items may require up to 5 additional working days to process and dispatch.

United Kingdom

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–6 working days
  • Cost: £2.95
  • FREE UK delivery on orders over £5.99

International Orders

  • Estimated delivery time: 10–14 working days
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors beyond our control.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Inscento has no control over international customs fees and cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred.
Customers are advised to check local customs regulations prior to placing an order.


Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused by the recipient for any reason, the following charges will apply and will be deducted from any refund issued:

  • UK orders: £5
  • International orders: £15

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Delayed or Missing Parcels

We will begin investigating delayed deliveries from the 6th working day after the order date.

Investigations may take up to 7 working days before a refund or replacement can be issued.

Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.
